Person Engineering provides clients with site visits to keep the project going. From footing to framing we are here for consultation and alternative designs of real world solutions for real world problems.
MANUFACTURED HOME FOUNDATION & ADDITION CERTIFICATION
If you are Buying, Selling or Refinancing a Manufactured home your mortgage company may want an inspection preformed on the home's foundation or any additions to the home. Here at Person Engineering our staff is qualified to preform these inspections and knowledgeable to the requirements necessary to get you through the loan process.
EXISTING STRUCTURE INSPECTIONS
Buying or Selling property? Have concerns about the structure of your current property? Let our team here at Person Engineering relieve you of the stress with a straight forward inspection and report giving you a clean bill of health or working with you or your contractor on a plan of repairs to bring the structure back to its former glory.
COMMERCIAL STRUCTURAL DESIGN
In most cases permitting a commercial project requires an engineers seal on the structural components. We can provide in part or in whole structural design/certification for your next commercial project.
